Wow! Thanks for cold-planning & resurfacing with bituminous concrete many of our Greenfield roads. Gone are the patches. Alden, Beech, Conway, and Shelburne streets, and Columbus Avenue, and part of Woodard Road were treated by Warner Brothers. The old pavement was removed and new material was placed. The bituminous removed can be recycled with added liquid bitumen. Thanks to Department of Public Works Director Marlo Warner II. This fall, maybe some more paving? To appreciate our “new roads,” maybe we could drive at a reasonable speed consistent with the speed limit.

One can drive to High Street in Greenfield from Silver or Main readily and Sanderson/High Street intersection is great! This intersection has been redesigned and rebuilt. A driver heading east on Beacon could turn down North Street and take a left at Sanderson. He/She could thus avoid Beacon/High intersection’s poor visibility. Thanks.
