3:44 p.m. — Reporting party from East Main Street states her upstairs neighbor has been blaring music for four days and she has been hitting the ceiling with a broom and they won’t turn it down. Quiet upon officer’s arrival.
5:15 p.m. — Report of a dog barking for approximately half an hour in the back alley on Fourth Street, which has been causing other dogs to bark as well. Reporting party is unable to see the vehicle very well but believes it is a silver vehicle. Officer advised.
3:07 a.m. — Caller reports someone was knocking at the window at Highland School Apartments on Millers Falls Road. Caller did not see anyone when he got up and looked outside. Requesting an officer drive by. Officer unable to locate anyone.
11:11 a.m. — Reporting party advising she was driving by on Main Street and saw a vehicle on fire in a driveway. Officer advised. Shelburne Control Dispatch Center notified. Illegal burn, male party was burning Christmas trees between the shed and the front of the car.
3:32 p.m. — Caller on Migratory Way states there is an injured goose in the roadway. Caller asked if he should move the goose out of the roadway but is unsure if it might have bird flu. Animal control contacted, no answer. Environmental Police contacted; agency does not deal with geese. Transferred to MassWildlife’s Belchertown office.
9:35 a.m. — Caller from Turners Falls Road states someone broke into their home overnight. Homeowners noticed one item missing: an insert to an InstaPot.
7:55 a.m. — Greenfield Police requesting an officer shut down the Turners Falls side of Turners Falls Road due to a downed tree on the Greenfield side of the bridge. Department of Public Works contacted for “road closed” signs. Services rendered.
9:33 a.m. — Caller on Highland Avenue reports someone broke into his home and stole a guitar, valued at around $1,000. Caller states this occurred sometime within the past week or week and a half. Later called back to advise he is also missing a guitar amp worth $300. Wanted this added to the report. Later called back again stating he found a television was taken, worth around $300 to $400. Caller later called again to say he found the TV; it was not taken but had been moved to a different location.

7:17 a.m. — Report of a large amount of debris on Montague City Road near the General Pierce Bridge that fell off a pickup truck or maybe a trailer. Road/bridge cleared upon officer’s arrival.
1:14 p.m. — Walk-in to the station reports her bank account was used in a fraudulent manner by a man she used to work for. She will fill out a statement and return it at her convenience.
6:22 a.m. — Officer was approached by someone while they were in their cruiser on Avenue A. Reporting party states there is someone asleep in a vehicle at Cumberland Farms. Officer advises they spoke to a male party who was in his truck. No issues. Individual moved along.
5:18 p.m. — Reporting party from Randall Road states someone from DoorDash dropped off food to his house and he has never ordered from them before. There is a name of Jessica K. on the receipt but it does not say what establishment it came from or a phone number. He was advised the driver might possibly come back or he could call DoorDash himself. He stated he will hold onto the food in case they return.
8:47 a.m. — Officer conducting a traffic stop. Vehicle ran a red light on Avenue A, almost causing a T-bone collision. Driver admitted to running the red light, was trying to get away from another vehicle that was following her. Verbal warning given.
1:37 p.m. — Caller on L Street reports a possible house fire. Caller sees flames through a first-floor window. Officer advises a small fireplace can be seen through the window. Not as reported.
