WARWICK — For the second consecutive year, there are no contested races in the town election.

The election will be held Monday, May 19, from noon to 8 p.m. at Town Hall.

While the ballot contains a vacancy for a Warwick School Committee seat, Louise Doud is mounting a write-in campaign to fill the void.

Doud, a resident since 1988, is a veteran educator who previously served on the Warwick School Building Committee in the 1990s. Doud is running to support the Warwick Community School.

“I love what is happening at Warwick Community School and admire my fellow townspeople who worked so hard to create the new project-based, nature-centered curriculum and get it approved by the state,” Doud wrote in an email. “Warwick citizens care a great deal about the education of our children and fully supported the reopening of Warwick Community School under our own Warwick School District. I am inspired by that and want to be part of its continued success.”

The full ballot is as follows:

■Selectboard, three-year term — Keith Ross, incumbent.

■Assessor, three-year term — Tracy Styles.
