Funded by roughly $3.2 million from MassWorks, Northern Construction Service LLC of Palmer is working on the Bridge of Flowers repair project in Shelburne Falls. A 2020 study by Tighe & Bond recommended addressing cracks and stabilizing the north spandrel wall. The study also noted that some of the rebar supporting the walls is failing.
