Delaney Parker closed out her Westfield State University athletic career with yet another award.
After an illustrious career at Mahar Regional, Parker continued to dominate on the soccer field and track at Westfield State. The Orange native was a three-time MASCAC Offensive Player of the Year on the soccer pitch and became the first Owl athlete — male or female — to reach the 200-career point milestone. She holds the Owl record for career goals with 87 and points with 208.
Parker also competed on the indoor and outdoor track teams with Westfield State, helping the Owls win three MASCAC indoor and outdoor titles.
It wasn’t just an effort put into being a star athlete on the field, as Parker shined in the classroom as well, earning a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine this spring and graduating with a 3.96 GPA. For all that, Parker was named the 2025 MASCAC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year, voted on by athletic directors from the league.
Parker is the 25th Owl to win the award since its inception in 1980.
